An easy going Churchill and I would go so far as saying great for a beginner as well as a more experienced cigar smoker. Good price for a good cigar.

First Casdagli and first shaggy foot cigar for me. In my humidor for four months. Bit of a faff lighting it (must read up on recommended technique) but once it got going gave an hour of pure pleasure. First third very sweet, light smoke, sweet chocolate and cocoa. Middle became spicier. Even burn, no relights, held firm white ash. Final third maintained spice and developed a pleasant woody cedar taste. Highly recommended, will be buying these again.

Reasonable price for the size and gauge AND for the brand. The presentation box is whimsical and the cigars wrapped nicely.

The binding is tight and firm to feel, The scent test brings back medium notes but this is a mid range cigar and full of flavour.
I wont say I’m an aficionado but here are definitely notes of caramel and nuts.

Burn time is around 45 to 75 mins dependent on your preference and smoke style.

Well worth the £179 price tag (as at May 2022).

I’m still very new to the world of cigars, but for my first ever cigar, I found this little fella to be a pleasant experience. I definitely concur with the previous review in that it’s a rather mellow smoke; personally I noticed some notes of coffee and a little bit of pepperiness/spiciness too. Mild, mellow and pleasant.

Gorgeous, well-bodied cigar. Very nice draw , smooth full body . Dark cocoa dusting flavour. Pairs nicely with Johnnie Walker Blue Label which has a hazelnut and cocoa palate.
